Prices and Payment

How clubs create shows, take registrations, build catalogs and publish results in SHOWS.dog.

How do I set registration prices for a show?

In wizard step 4, "Prices", create one or more price tiers (up to 3), specifying a name, deadline (until when the tier applies), and price table for each.

What are "price tiers"?

Different registration price stages, e.g. "Early Registration" and "Late Registration", valid until a specified deadline — once the deadline passes, the next tier automatically takes effect.

What is the difference between the "Member" and "Non-member" price?

In the price table, prices can be set separately for club members and non-members. Only the non-member price for the first dog is required; the remaining fields can be left blank.

How do I set a price for each additional dog?

In the "Next Dog" column of the price table, specify the price applied to the second and subsequent dogs of the same owner.

What are the "Discount" and "Competition" columns in the price table?

"Discount" is a reduced price for a specific case (e.g. for a breeder-handler), while "Competition" is the fee for registering for additional competitions, not the main show class.

How do I enable invoice generation?

In wizard step 6, "Settings", enable the "Invoice" feature — the system will automatically generate invoices for registrations.

Where can I see how much revenue registrations have generated?

In the Finances section or on the Dashboard, in the "Dog Registration Revenue" block, after selecting a specific event.
