For Kennel Federations
Modern show software for your whole federation
Kennel clubs and federations have built up deep expertise in organising shows. SHOWS.dog helps carry that expertise onto a modern, continuously updated platform — we look after the technology, so you can devote more of your time to dogs, judges and shows.
- One platform for every club in your federation — entries, catalogues, judging and results
- Integration with your federation's database — no double data entry
- Automated champion title checks and champion diploma generation
- Hosting, updates and security taken care of by us
- Data protection in line with GDPR and support for FCI rules
A challenge every federation knows
Keeping show software alive is a job of its own — and it rarely lands on the people best placed to do it.
Ageing systems
Many club websites and entry tools were built years ago. They are hard to maintain, costly to change and struggle to meet today's security and data-protection requirements.
Clubs are not IT companies
Show organisers are mostly volunteers. Hosting, updates, bug fixes and new features become a heavy burden that takes time away from what they do best.
Hours of manual work
Checking champion titles, re-typing results from different clubs and preparing diplomas takes staff hours every week — and every manual step is a chance for an error.
Solutions for federations
What we can offer your federation
One platform for every club in your federation, plus the tools the federation office itself needs — built, hosted and maintained by us.
Integration with your database
We connect the platform to your federation's registry: dog data, pedigrees and titles flow between the systems, so nothing has to be entered twice.
Automated champion title checks
Show results are collected automatically and checked against your federation's champion rules, so staff review a prepared case instead of assembling it by hand.
One platform for all your clubs
Online entries, catalogues, ring judging on paper or tablet, diplomas and results — one up-to-date system for every club, with no separate installations to look after.
Champion diploma generation
Once a title is confirmed, the diploma is generated in your federation's design — ready to print or to send to the owner electronically.
The whole federation at a glance
Results, entry numbers and judge appointments from all your clubs' shows in one place, ready for reports and statistics.
Solutions built for your needs
Membership records, kennel registers, reports or anything else your office needs — tell us what takes your time, and we will assess and build it.
Good solutions should help everyone
When a solution is not specific to one federation, we are glad to build it into the platform for everyone — so every federation and kennel club benefits, and the cost of developing it is shared rather than carried alone.
- Improvements reach all clubs at once
- No separate installations or upgrades
- Development cost shared across the network
