How do I manually register a dog for a show?
Registrations → "Register" → "Register a Dog". A form will open where you can find a dog already in the system or enter the details of a new dog.
How do I find a dog already in the system?
In the registration form's "Find Dog" field, enter at least 3 characters — a name, microchip number, or pedigree document number. The system first searches the Shows.dog database, and if the dog is not found there, it opens the option to search the selected country's kennel club registry.
What data is required when registering a new dog?
The dog's name, breed, sex, color, date of birth, pedigree book identifier, microchip number, sire and dam names, breeder, as well as the owner's first name, last name, address, country, and phone number.
What documents need to be attached to a registration?
A pedigree document is always required. Depending on the class — a working trial certificate (Working) or a champion certificate (Champion). A C.I.B certificate and a club membership card can also be added.
How do I add a co-owner?
In the registration form, click "+ Add Co-owner" — you can specify up to 4 co-owners.
How do I specify the payment method when registering a dog?
At the bottom of the form, select the payment status (e.g. "Will Pay at the Show") and, if applicable, enter the registration fee in euros; if there is no fee, the price field can be left blank.
How do I amend an already-submitted dog registration?
In the Registrations section, find the entry you need (you can filter by show, status, or use search), then open it for editing in the "Actions" column and update the data — e.g. the dog's information, class, payment status, or attached documents.
What registration statuses are there?
Pending, Confirmed, Paid, Will Pay at the Show, Guarantee Letter, and Rejected.
What is a registration with a "Guarantee Letter"?
A registration method where the participant registers without prepayment, signing a guarantee letter committing to pay at the show. This option must be enabled in the show settings (wizard step 6).
How do I filter the registration list?
Use the show selector, status filters (All / Pending / Confirmed / Paid, etc.), or the search field above the registrations table.
How do I register a participant for a handling competition?
Registrations → "Register" → "Register for Handling Competition", or use the "Handling Competitions" tab in the registrations list.
How do I register a dog for a dog competition?
Registrations → "Register" → "Register for Dog Competition", or the "Dog Competitions" tab (e.g. Puppies, Breeder's Group).
