How do I add a new judge to the system?
Judges → "Add New Judge". Enter the first name, last name, country (required), email, phone number, and select the breed groups (Group 1–10) the judge is qualified to judge.
How do I find a judge who already exists?
In the Judges section, choose "Search Judges.dog" — this is a shared international judges database from which a judge can be imported into the club's list without re-entering their data.
How do I assign a judge to a specific show?
When creating or editing a show, in step 3, "Show Details", each class has a "Judges" field where you can select from judges already added to the club. If no judges have been added yet, the field shows "No Judges Created" — the judge must first be added in the Judges section.
How can I see which shows still need judges assigned?
The Judges section has an "Upcoming Shows" block showing shows that still need judge assignments.
What is judge specialization?
When filtering the judge list, you can filter by specialization: BIS, Handler, National, or International judge.
How do I change a judge already assigned?
Edit the show (or its specific class) and select a different judge from the list in the "Judges" field.
