Getting Started and Account
How clubs create shows, take registrations, build catalogs and publish results in SHOWS.dog.
How do I log in to the club portal?
Log in at club.shows.dog with your email and password. This is a separate account from the regular Shows.dog user (participant) portal — it is intended for club administrators who manage shows.
What is the difference between the club portal and the user portal?
The club portal (club.shows.dog) is for show organizers — it is where shows are created and judges, registrations, and documents are managed. The user portal is for dog owners who register their own dogs for shows. You can switch between them via the account menu item "Other Portals → User Portal".
How do I add another club administrator?
Open Settings → Administrators from the account menu and click "Add Administrator". Each staff member gets a role that decides what they can see and change. See the "Club Staff and Roles" category for details.
How do I change my login password?
In Settings → Security, enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click "Update Password".
How do I change the system language?
You can change the language using the language selector at the bottom of the left-hand menu (the default is "Lithuanian").
How do I upload a club logo?
Settings → Club Profile → "Upload New Logo". Recommended size is 512×512 px, maximum file size 2 MB. The logo is used on participant numbers, certificates, and official show documents.
Where do I enter the club's address, company ID, and VAT number?
Settings → Club Profile, under "Address Information" and "Business Information". The country selection here matters — it directly affects show rules, breed standards, and judging regulations.
How do I set the organization's currency?
Settings → Club Profile → "Currency Settings". The default currency is assigned based on the selected country (EUR for Lithuania), but it can be changed from the list; this currency is used for event prices, invoices, and registration fees.
What data is shown on the Dashboard?
Gender distribution, number of registered dogs and weekly growth, registration revenue for the selected event, weekly registration trend, class and country distribution, and the most recent registrations. All data can be filtered by a specific show.
