Catalogs and Documents
How clubs create shows, take registrations, build catalogs and publish results in SHOWS.dog.
How do I generate a show catalog?
In the Generate section, select the show and click "Generate Catalog" (catalog by ring), or use "Catalog by FCI Groups" for multi-day international events.
What is the difference between a catalog "by ring" and "by FCI groups"?
A catalog by ring is organized by judges' rings, with separate numbering for each show day. A catalog by FCI groups is organized by breed groups and is typically used for multi-day international shows, where each dog receives a single catalog number for the entire event.
How do I assign ring numbers?
In the Generate section, click "Assign Ring Numbers" for the selected show.
How do I adjust the show day schedule?
Generate → "Adjust Schedule".
How do I assign participant numbers?
Generate → "Assign Participant Numbers".
How do I view already generated catalogs?
Generate → "View Generated Catalogs".
How do I generate participant number cards?
Generate → "Participant Number Cards" → "Generate Cards". The cards are prepared for printing — 4 cards per A4 sheet.
How do I email participant cards to participants?
In the Participant Cards section, select the show, generate the cards, and send them to participants directly from the system.
How do I automatically generate diplomas after a show?
In wizard step 6, "Settings", enable the "Diploma Generation" feature — diplomas will be generated automatically once the show ends.
What is the "Dog Checker"?
A feature that lets you enable dog arrival (attendance) checking at the event entrance — confirming that a registered dog has actually arrived at the show.
